Stand with Brandon: Legal Defense Fund

We are asking for any assistance with helping Brandon get his life back.

Early morning Friday, September 5th, 2025 — Brandon was forced into a situation no one should ever have to face. Another individual, who had been making serious death threats against Brandon and his family, came to our home after being told multiple times not to come. This individual’s repeated threats left Brandon with no choice but to defend himself and protect his loved ones.

Brandon did not go looking for trouble — trouble came to him. In that moment, he acted out of fear for his life and the safety of his family. What happened was not aggression, but self-defense in the face of a real and immediate threat.

Both Brandon and the other individual were taken to a nearby hospital, where police began their investigation. Brandon, however, was placed on lockdown without an attorney or any family members present — a situation that only adds to the difficulty of his case.

Those who know Brandon know that he is a quiet, respectful, and reserved young man. In his 20 years of life, he has never been in any serious trouble. He is not someone who seeks violence; he only reacted when he believed he had no other choice.

Right now, Brandon is facing extremely serious charges that could take his entire life away for simply protecting himself in his own home. We know times are hard for everyone, but anything you can contribute will go directly toward securing the proper legal defense Brandon needs and deserves. As of right now we are trying to gather $2,000 for the lawyer (Benari Law Group), as well as extra funds for potential extra legal cost. All funds can be sent to the lawyers office directly or donated to the go fund me.
