2/7 update-- a roommate left with no notice, screwing us out of $725, her share of the enormous rent. 6 of us split this place. She left the room reeking of cat piss. Can't even get into the details. Please if you can help out again I cannot thank you enough.
12/30 update: Owner had plumber redo copper lines with Pex, thankfully. This is from ceiling water damage-- roommate had to move out immediately early November, lost out on his share of rent, can't rent this room to help offset bills until they patch the ceiling and I have to repaint it.

Please consider helping a struggling music teacher out. I work full-time. Lessons every single day each week, for years. No vacations, ever. I deliver food between lessons, and do online transcription and other freelance work just to get by. I can barely afford to buy groceries most weeks (I'm not exaggerating).
I was in roommate hell for 3 months earlier in 2024 with two very sketchy, awful people (basically squatting after the first month, luckily I evicted them with little issue). Lots of bad luck and bad things (plus, I had to get rabies shots from a bat in my bedroom while I was sleeping). Oh, and I had a roommate move out with only 24 hours notice, screwing us out of his Sept. share of rent (happened on 8/31/2024). I've also been donating plasma for months but it isn't enough, which is why I still have this GoFundMe going (since 2022).
Things are extremely tough for me. Please consider helping me out. I do so much for others, without asking for anything in return, ever. My entire life!
I'm the type of person who will happily lend you musical equipment for months/years and train you on computer stuff for 4 hours straight without ever asking for anything. My lessons often run much longer than normal (especially if there's a break in between the next), and I just let it slide. Generous to a fault. LOTS of bad luck (no clue why; things happen). No matter how hard things get, I'm always smiling and helping others. I'd give someone the last $5 in my pocket if they asked, even if it meant a few days worth of cheap food.
Thank you so, so much. <3
