Our warrior needs help.
Her battle with breast cancer has been long and hard but Amy has fought with grace and dignity. She has turned this experience into something positive to help others. Her passion for life and positive energy is miraculous and inspiring. Just yesterday she shared that she must receive radiation treatments due to the nature of her cancer. She needs help getting to and from these treatments on a daily basis.
I reached out to her and asked if I could start this page to help generate some financial support so she can take an Uber if necessary. Uber is $100 per day for what she needs. Amy gave me permission to share this info and I set the request a bit higher to cover any associated costs with GoFundMe.
Cancer has touched almost all of us in one way or another. Amy is the only person I know who fought her battle publicly, sharing the raw emotion and vulnerability. Her honesty allows her friends to pray and cry and celebrate with her very step of the way. I have never known anyone else to do this. To fight their fight publicly and to transform their pain into something that will help others.
