Hola, mi nombre es Omar Arturo Paredes, conocido como Pancho, tengo 67 años.

El 14/01/2025, tras una resonancia magnética, se me diagnosticó lesión cerebral (LOE parietal derecho). Estudios complementarios como una tomografía de tórax el 18/01/2025 revelaron una lesión en el riñón izquierdo con crecimiento anormal y afectación al tejido circundante, además de siembras a distancia en el cerebro.

Tras valoración médica, se ha decidido realizar una nefrectomía radical izquierda a la brevedad, seguida de quimioterapia y radioterapia.

Lamentablemente, mi seguro médico con el cual he estado afiliado por más de 4 años, ha rechazado cubrir los costos a pesar de no tener enfermedades preexistentes.

Soy hermano, esposo y padre de familia. Hoy recurro a tu apoyo para cubrir los gastos de cirugía, tratamientos y seguir viviendo. ¡Cualquier ayuda será invaluable!

Hello, my name is Omar Arturo Paredes, also known as Pancho, and I am 67 years old.

On January 14, 2024, after undergoing an MRI, I was diagnosed with a brain lesion (right parietal LOE). Additional tests, including a chest CT scan on January 18, 2025, revealed a lesion in my left kidney with abnormal growth and involvement of surrounding tissue, as well as distant metastases to the brain.

After medical evaluation, it has been determined that I need a radical left nephrectomy as soon as possible, followed by chemotherapy and radiotherapy.

Unfortunately, my health insurance, with which I have been affiliated for over 4 years, has refused to cover the costs, despite me having no pre-existing conditions.

I am a brother, husband, and father. Today, I am turning to your support to help cover the costs of the surgery, treatments, and to keep living. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
