Hi, I am Lori Behrens; Eli Bradley is our very sweet 8-year-old grandson. His parents are Megan and Jon Bradley. He has a 4-year-old brother Beau at home and a half-brother Jacob in Kansas.

Recently Eli has been experiencing headaches and nausea, resulting in stomach issues. Most recently, these episodes have included temporary loss of consciousness. Also, he has had a seizure and passed out while in the swimming pool. These attacks have been increasing.

Eli also has had several medical tests (MRI, CAT scan, EEG, Bloodwork, etc.) at UW Madison Hospitals and Clinics. To date, the test results have been NED in his brain and good neurological functions, but inconclusive and no confirmed diagnosis. They are trying different medications to help control or eliminate these episodes from occurring. Hopefully, he will start getting results from these medications. If this is not successful, he will have more extensive tests done.

Eli received a referral from their doctor to get a second opinion at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics. He has an appointment scheduled for August 23, 2022, but is on a wait list if an appointment becomes available sooner.

The family health insurance has an $8000 deductible. This GoFundMe would cover that. In addition, they are incurring travel expenses, expensive medications and loss of wages to care for Eli.
