UPDATE:

Had a follow up visit for his shoulder. Upon reviewing the images, we were able to see how the fracture is. He has a mid shift clavicle fracture. His shoulder is currently shifted down around 2 inches. Next step is shoulder surgery.

PRIOR TO UPDATE:

Alexis is an amazing loving son, a brother, friend, and a fur dad. He enjoys playing video games on his PC, caring for the aquatic tanks, the bonsais, rides with the club, spending time with his friends, family and fur babies.

On May 30th, 2023 he was involved in serious motorcycle accident and had to be rushed to Memorial Regional Hospital Trauma. As he was turning, a vehicle cut him off, he had to slam his breaks to avoid hitting that vehicle and tried to maintain control of his bike. While trying to maintain control, the tired locked and flung him off the bike. Unfortunately, he was not wearing a helmet and suffered multiple brain bleeds which will heel over time but are causing a lot of pain. He had a piece of asphault stuck in his ear which required stitches. Also had 3 fractures on his collar bone.

This Go Fund Me has been started to help with financial stress from any medical bill that may come in, house bills as he will be out of work an undetermined amount of time for his injuries and healing, for rehabilitation and any personal needs.

We don't know how long this road to recovery will be but he is strong and is willing to recovery as soon as he can.
