This fundraiser is for my wonderful and beautiful sister, Roxie Stamper. She is perhaps one of the most loving and humble woman you may ever meet. At 51, having a “nagging cough” and pain in her leg, she went to the Emergency Department late August and told she had possible cancer. After a month of testing and procedures, she was finally diagnosed with Stage IV Kidney Cancer that has metastasized to her lungs and leg muscle. Regardless of this daunting diagnosis, she has held strong and fighting the fight for life! She is not one to ever ask for help so here I am, asking for support so Roxie can focus on treatments and spending time with her family without the worry of bills that keep building. I appreciate any donations you can spare during these difficult times and please know that she is truly worthy having spent her life dedicated to childcare for others. “Miss Roxie” is loved by so many mothers and fathers who have entrusted their children with her. Many of them having been prior children who were at the daycare she has spent the past 30 years working. Life can be so unfair but she is blessed to be loved by so many.
