Patriot in need...

Hi I'm Jen and I want to tell you about Travis..

In 2022 Travis was in a town meeting for public comments in Iron River, WI. The Chairman called on Travis to use his 3 minutes, Travis offered them to the last speaker (Roberts Rule). The Chairman refused to let Travis give his time to the last speaker and ended up having him arrested and removed from the meeting. Travis didn’t resist, but once outside they tried to throw him to the ground and one of the cops slipped and ended up under Travis. Even though Travis kept his weight off the officer and the officer said he was "ok" the charges were: Disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and soft tissue damage to an officer.

Inconsistent use of metal detectors at the courthouse caused more conflict and resulted in a charge of failure to appear. Travis protested this and the court appointed lawyer asked Travis to step outside to talk. 5 officers followed them outside and tackled Travis, physically hurting him, but the result was him being charged with failure to appear, resisting arrest and another soft tissue damage of an officer charge.

Travis can’t get a lawyer due to the corruption in his area.

Travis went through the first trial on July 12th, 2023, trying to represent himself and lost. Guilty on all charges. Since the verdict, he was appointed a probation officer from Vilas County. The initial judge and DA have recused themselves and there are now 5 counties involved. He hasn't been sentenced yet for the first trial, and the second trial on March 15th, 2024, he was found guilty of resisting arrest but not guilty for soft tissue damage to the officer. He needs an attorney to help appeal both verdicts.

As a result of all of this, Travis’s wife of 30 years divorced him and that was final March 1st. When she left the police came and distracted Travis while she drove off in their only working vehicle. She was also his one and only witness and back up to what had happened with his civil case.

He is in a bad place right now. He didn’t want problems; he didn’t want a divorce and on top of all of that he is a seasonal carpenter with disabilities and no current work.

He is fighting the corruption we all face. Please help this Patriot.
