Help Us Save Our Sweet Millie

Millie isn’t just a dog — she’s family. Our sweet 7-year-old Vizsla is full of energy, love, and endless kisses for anyone who will let her. She bounces around with excitement, always has a toy or bone in her mouth, and is the most loyal, loving companion we could ever ask for. Millie has two human sisters and a big doggie sister who adore her, and we can’t imagine our lives without her.

Unfortunately, Millie was recently diagnosed with a tumor that needs to be removed as soon as possible. Along with the tumor, she has a concerning nodule on her spleen that requires ongoing monitoring and potentially another surgery to remove it if needed. Since her diagnosis, she’s had countless vet visits, ultrasounds, bloodwork, and now requires daily medication. So far, we’ve spent $1,400 just to get answers, and her upcoming surgery will cost another $1,500 — not including the additional follow-ups and ultrasounds she’ll need for her spleen.

The financial burden of Millie’s care has been overwhelming and unexpected for our family. We’re doing everything we can to give her the treatment she needs, but we’re reaching out for help to cover the mounting costs. Any contribution, big or small, will make a world of difference for Millie and our family.

We’re still facing a lot of unknowns. There’s a chance the cancer has spread to her lymph nodes, but the tests we’ve done so far came back inconclusive. We’re holding on to hope and focusing on getting her through this surgery so she can continue living her happy, playful life.
