$6k Needed for Car Repair to Aid Disabled Partner

We are a small indie team of game developers/artists. I am a caretaker for my disabled partner, and both of us are unable to work outside of our homes. Recently, our car's engine has been completely destroyed, and we have been without a vehicle for nearly two full months. We have missed doctor's appointments, picking up medication, and lost the ability to get groceries as we need. We have paid almost over 1k in Lyfts as well as $500 already in car repair. Now, we have to pay almost $6,000 to replace the engine and starter in our car. We were ripped off purchasing a battery for 300$ claiming that was the issue, this has completely drained us, I have had to tale a loan out of over 1k to help pay for these issues and without this help I simply will be unable to pay for any of this. We are already constantly working and its jut not enough to afford living and car repairs.
