Hello, we are Zainab, Aisha, and Yasser, and we urgently need your support for our sister Rabia's battle against stage IV colon cancer. Rabia, a loving mother to three beautiful girls, was diagnosed in June, and her situation is critical. We are determined to raise money to aid her fight and provide crucial support for her family during this challenging time.

Rabia's journey began with symptoms during her pregnancy, misdiagnosed as normal side effects. A colonoscopy revealed the harsh reality on June 15th – stage IV cancer. The news was devastating, but Rabia chose hope, believing in the fight, not the prognosis, for the sake of her three precious daughters and her husband.

She is currently undergoing palliative care chemotherapy in Surrey, British Columbia, however we (and additional family) all reside in Ottawa, Ontario. Frequent travels for care have put a strain on the family, leading them to make the tough decision to move back to Ottawa, closer to her support system.

Rabia is exploring all avenues for treatment, seeking second opinions from experts in Toronto and Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York. If the first-line treatment doesn't succeed, they'll be looking at options outside Canada, which comes with immense costs. The goal is to get Rabia curative treatment rather than palliative treatment - thus extending the quantity of her life vs just the quality of her life.
