- My good friend Leea is a single mother of these five beautiful babies. Last week she was ran over and dragged by a hit and run driver. Her injuries include a brain bleed with neurological deficits, a broken neck that’s broken in three places, and a mangled lower extremity with multiple fractures. She recently just got back to work after being on maternity leave. She is the sole financial provider for their household expenses. She has been in the hospital for a week and is going to be there for quite some time longer. We are all grateful she’s alive, thank you Lord Jesus! Her recovery process will be a long journey and she most likely will not be able to get back to work for months. I am trying to raise as much as possible to keep her and the precious kids from losing their home. The money raised will all go directly to pay her rent, household expenses and groceries to feed the five children. I’m used to donating and helping others, not asking for help so this is very hard for me to ask.
