Losing my son has been the hardest thing I have gone through. In the beginning I was told there were funds available to help survivors of suicide, financial help with counseling and funeral expenses.  After spending two days on the phone and discovering that there is no longer assistance due to "regulation" and "funding changes" I decided there has to be a better way to help those in need. I am establishing this fund so that Dany and I can help other families of suicide in the future.
