Jennifer Miko —support her through Breast Cancer
Donation protected
Jennifer Miko was recently diagnosed with Breast Cancer and will be unable to work for up to 16 weeks, depending on clinical results. As a single woman and sole proprietor of her business, Equestrian Adventures, the loss of income and the inability to take care of her horses could be potentially devastating. Those of us who have known Jennifer have seen her touch many lives with her kind and giving soul. In fact, she has even saved some! She has always reached out to help those in need— friends, strangers, animals, or even a little lone turtle crossing the road.
Jennifer was laid off last year after 14 years with her company. While this was terrifying, she took this possible setback as an opportunity to develop her life-long dream of providing unique and personal horseback rides— on the beach, on trails, and giving riding lessons. Over the past year, she has developed the business, on her own, overcoming significant obstacles. She has powered through challenges with her overwhelming joy of connecting people with her beautiful horses and truly unique experiences at http://equestrianadventuresfl.com/ Her business is just starting to grow… and now this. Cancer sucks!!
On behalf of her friends, I am opening this GoFundMe page to help support Jennifer with her medical bills, living expenses, and the care & feeding of her animals while she is unable to earn income through her work. We hope you will join us showing our love and support for her— giving back to her what she has so often shared with us and others!
There are several ways to help. If you can afford to - please make a donation to help cover her expenses. If you have time, there will be many ways to help as she recovers. Please leave notes about your availability as we will be coordinating assistance. Lastly, please join us in praying for Jennifer’s recovery.
