Hello, I am Rasha Omar, a physical therapist with many years of experience.

Before October 2023, my family and I were full of hope and ambitions. We dreamed of a bright future filled with love, happiness, and fulfilling work. However, the war has shattered our lives. We narrowly escaped death several times and were displaced countless times across different areas of the Gaza Strip. Our home was severely damaged and is now completely uninhabitable. Our large farm, which provided us with a basic income from crops, was burned, bulldozed, and destroyed.

I became very ill from the toxins, stress and lack of basic necessities and was able to evacuate due to my condition in March 2025. I am now with my sister and mother in Egypt recovering.
