Anthony Rodriguez, #ArodStrong

Hi, my name is Joe DeSiena and for the past 18 years I have given everything I have to coaching athletics at the youth, high school, and college level. What makes sports so special is the brotherhood or fraternity that all who play get to be a part of. A big part of that is stepping up to help someone who is in need. Anthony Rodriguez is a 7 year old football player on the Braves at Staten Island Boys Football League and was recently diagnosed with Leukemia. Anthony has a fight ahead of him and will, no doubt, be up for the challenge. I'm calling on all players, parents, and coaches that I've crossed paths with to step up and lighten the burden on Anthony's family. Funds raised will offset medical, travel, and food costs that will undoubtedly build up throughout this process. Let's step up for one of our own!
