On Saturday, December 1st, Don Moyers underwent emergency open heart surgery to replace a large portion of his aorta due to an aortic aneurysm/dissection. During surgery his spine was injured due to lack of blood flow leaving him without the use of his legs. The doctors are confident he will not regain movement although they did everything possible to prevent this injury from occurring. We are extremely thankful he made it through surgery but know his recovery will be a long one! He will go through extensive rehab and physical therapy to learn how to live without the use of his legs. He will no longer be able to work in his field of home remodeling. We ask for your support to assist in his journey that will involve medical bills, physical therapy and finding a home to live in with wheelchair accessibility. Thank you for your support!
