Tammy's Road to Recovery
Tammy Keck was diagnosed in June 2021 with stage 3 ovarian cancer after suffering from sudden acute health conditions. The acute care she received left her with an insurmountable amount of medical bills just to get her mission started and has rendered her unable to return to work at Heywood Hospital. She will be undergoing chemotherapy treatments over the next three months at Tufts in Boston. After chemotherapy she will have surgery to remove any remaining cancer and that will be followed up with more chemo. Her prognosis is very promising but the road to recovery is going to be expensive emotionally, physically and financially.
Tammy is a dedicated, loyal and kind soul. She has spent the last two decades of her life working at Heywood Hospital and practicing fitness within the walls of the Fitness Concepts and CrossFit 696 community. She has made a lasting impact on everyone that she works and trains with.
It's time for us to come together to help take the financial burden off her soul so she can continue to focus on gaining back her health alongside her devoted partner Don and beloved dog Lexi.
