Help Amanda

Amanda Rowe is a 35 year old mother of 2. Amanda was diagnosed with Refractory ITP ( immune thrombocytopenic) a sever bleeding disorder in early spring of this year. It's a condition in which the immune system attacks and destroys it's own platelets which are necessary for clotting.
Amanda endured 9 rounds of steroid treatments in the first few months of treatment. She is now in her 9th week of blood transfusions.
These treatments have been aggressive and exhausting. Through it all though Amanda has worked full time waitressing and supporting her family. Always with a smile on her face and a fire in her heart!
The next and final option is an Iv drug called Rituximab. This is her last and best chance at remission. Amanda's health coverage has denied her claim and will not cover the 12,000+dollar prescription.
