Chance - UCLA Treatment
Donation protected
I don't know where to begin and I can't believe I am doing this. However, for those of you who know Chance, know his journey has been difficult. He suffers from severe mental health issues and we have exhausted all resources here in Nevada. He is a brilliant and silly 7-year-old who lives in a state of mental illness. He can't attend school, he has violent outbursts, he is sad, he is scared, and he is autistic. His condition is very severe and completely takes over his quality of life. His psychiatrists here have recommended he be evaluated at UCLA. It is very expensive and insurance doesn't cover all or any of it.
Whatever you have to give is a gift. My family has spent about $12,000 on his treatments this past year alone. The costs keep adding up and I can't keep up.
I have tried everything to make Chance better and give him a shot at a "normal" life. Nothing has worked. I hope that UCLA can make a difference. I have heard good things and pray that we will finally get the right meds, treatment plans, etc.
