Hi, my name is Abby, and I’m fundraising for my sweet dog, Milo. About six and a half years ago, Milo came into my life and completely changed it. He’s been by my side through some of the hardest and most defining moments I’ve ever faced. Honestly, I can’t imagine where I’d be without him.

Recently, we found a mass growing in his eye, and the vet is concerned it could be cancerous. Even if it’s not, it still needs to be removed so it doesn’t get worse or cause him more pain. Hearing this news has been heartbreaking, and it’s hard not to feel overwhelmed.

Milo isn’t “just a pet”—he’s family. He’s my comfort, my constant, and has helped carry me through things I didn’t think I’d survive. All I want now is to make sure he’s comfortable and gets the care he needs.

Creating this go fund me is very much outside my comfort zone. It’s hard for me to ask for help—but Milo deserves so much.

The cost of surgery to remove the eye, along with testing and follow-up care, is estimated to be around $6,000. I’m doing everything I can on my own, but I have reached the point where I need to ask for help.
