Kidney Failure and Transplant

Hello my name is Shannon. I am a father of 3. I was recently diagnosed with End Stage Renal Disease. It has disabled me and left me destroyed. I am waiting on a transplant and need help to survive till I get one. I was not given time to prepare and it left me playing catch up. I hate to be in this position but I need help. I have exhausted all resources and family for help. If you can help I would be grateful. I'm falling at doing this alone
