- Hello, my name is Linda, and I am raising money for my brother Mitch. On March 1, 2022, Mitch had a brain tumor removed from the left side of his head. He was released from the hospital on April 5, 2022. He must learn to sit, stand, walk, talk, and swallow all over again. The insurance has paid all they are going to pay. The rehabilitation for him is costly. Mitch and his daughter Stephanie own The Mixing Bowl restaurant off SW Blvd in Kansas City, Missouri, and this has taken a toll on the family. Mitch went from helping Stephanie at their restaurant to not being able to get out of bed by himself. A life-changing experience. The doctors told his family that it would be a miracle if he woke up. He opened his eyes 3 hours after surgery. We are trying to raise money for the family to help get him the rehabilitation he needs to do what he used to do.
