Hi my name is Jessica and my little dog was attacked by another dog when we where walking to the store the dog bite my dog several times in the face chin and leg my dog had to under go surgery to his face chin and leg he also has to have a drain in his leg to make sure he doesn’t get any infection the dog and owner where never caught and I have medical bills that are so high I am a disabled women and I can’t work due to many back surgerys so it is very hard paying for medical bills on my own I’m asking for help anything is appreciated thank you so much
