Help pay for my Eye Surgery !

My name is Marie. I have been a Choir Director for my church for 20 years. During the last four years my health has declined. In addition to several medical illnesses I have recently been diagnosed with diabetic retinopathy, macular edema, and detached retinas, a time-critical emergency because these conditions can cause blindness if I do not have the timely required surgical repair treatments for my eyes. The surgical treatments initially cost about $6000 which the insurance I have will not cover. I do not have the funds for the surgical treatments and would appreciate your donations in any amount to help raise these funds.
