For those of you who had the privilege to know Tony (Todd) Hampton, words are not needed to explain his kind spirit and warm soul. We were blessed that Mr. Hampton was our daughter's ASL interpreter for the past few years and although his time with us was impactful, it was too short.
If Mr. Hampton made an impact in your life, please consider donating funds to support his family. He leaves behind a wife, 6 children, and many grandchildren, along with a community of people who loved him just as much as he loved everyone. All funds will be given directly to the family to use at their discretion during this difficult time.
Mr. Hampton was an angel for our family and for many other families he worked with through the years. Please help us honor him and support his family.
His life will be celebrated in the following ways:
Friday, 10/17/25 from 5pm-7pm, there will be a viewing at the Washington Funeral Home, 1404 Tappahannock Boulevard, Tappahannock, VA 22560. An ASL interpreter will be provided.
Saturday, 10/18/25 from 10am - 11am, there will be a viewing, with funeral services starting at 11am at Truth Baptist Church, 8319 Lee-Davis Rd, Mechanicsville, VA 23111. An ASL interpreter will be provided.
Monday, 10/20/25, at 11 am, interment at Hanover Memorial Park Cemetery, 4447 Mechanicsville Turnpike, Mechanicsville, VA 23111. An ASL interpreter will be provided.
