Good Nrgy Basketball dedicates its time and resources to changing the lives of many student athletes through this game. Above it all, we've made it our mission to teach the world how to build strength, character and spirit through basketball, with the addition of mindfulness and meditation. Whether you're new to this or a master of your craft, Good Nrgy Basketball will shape a better stronger you. Our goal is to provide kids from the inner city opportunities that are not usually available to them, to help them use sports as an outlet to discover themselves and impact other lives as well.
Through basketball, meditation, yoga and fashion we create a culture that transcends age, sex, race and financial background. We are dedicated to developing well rounded young adults who will grow into outstanding citizens that will promote respect and love for all.

- Payment for tournaments, jerseys and gear
- Mediation, Yoga and other mindfulness classes
- Team Camps and retreats
