Since coming back home last August following his long and painful road to recovery, Dad has spent most his days in his room writing short stories and poems to keep himself occupied. So he has selflessly decided to squeeze them all into a book for the ideal stocking filler this Christmas. In his book he speaks about the road he’s been on to getting back on his feet, stories of his life since a young age and also poems from important events over the last while. At the minute, with the aid of that determination we all know of, Dad is starting to walk by myself, improving everyday. He knows more than anyone how hard he has to work to get back where he wants to be He’s decided that all proceeds that come from the book will go to Spinal Injuries Ireland, and will be on sale for just €10 (+postage if needed).
