I am offering group fitness live free workouts throughout this difficult period and it made me realize that at the same time we could be doing more ....

why don’t we do some good and donate what I would have charged usually for my Bootcamp’s and donate that money to “Save the Children” 

there are so many kids less fortunate than ourselves and the problem is that in our lives of luxury we are not exposed to them ... I am a pretty cold hearted person, however when you meet the children like I did, it breaks your heart and you can’t help but want to offer them something 

stop being that person that feels it’s not their responsibility and do some good
