John Caisse's Medical Support

Hello All,
John Caisse is 33 years old and on March 13, 2016, he had a debilitating stroke. The stroke has left him with neurological issues that do not allow him to speak correctly, walk without help, understand things, or see without double vision. The physicians and neurologists are unsure if this will be reversible and we are being left without many answers.
Anyone that knows Johnny, knows that this is someone who is super intelligent, always on the go, enjoys life, his family/friends, his niece, and loves to keep it moving. Unfortunately, these things that he loves so much are being put on hold in hopes of his recovery.
When this happened, my sister and I flew down to Arizona, where Johnny resides, and tried to get all the information that we could despite his request not to. When we arrived, Johnny was in the hospital at Mayo Clinic, and prior at Honor Health. He was trying to get the help that he needs. Upon realizing that he was not getting any better, we flew with him home to Connecticut to be with his family.
Since then, and since we got him to Connecticut, we have had much love and emotional support from family and friends. One of my cousins who is a nurse suggested that we take him to Yale New Haven, which we did. Again, we have no answers and are awaiting an appointment to a neuro opthamologist.
With all of these medical issues and having to go to all of these hospitals, specialists, and doctors, we will be struggling with medical bills, traveling bills, Johnny and family being out of work, and needing full-time care. He does not have medical insurance and because he has not been employed with his current employer for 12 months or longer, he is not able to apply for FMLA. Our family is not able to afford all of these bills and unexpected expenses on our own.
We are asking for any financial help that any of you could generously offer to help with everything that we are going through. I know many of you have offered to help in any way possible, and although it is unlike the Caisse family to reach out for any type of help, this is the way that many of you could help Johnny and our family. If you can help donate anything you can, that would be appreciated beyond any words we could ever offer.
Thank you all! We love and appreciate you all!
