Yolanda Garcia

It is with tremendous sadness that we share the passing of my mother, Yolanda Garcia.

 

On Monday night, June 20th, God called my mom home to finish her life-long battle with cancer. She relapsed in February of 2021 after battling at 10, 12, and 18 years old. She underwent surgery on June 19th, 2021 in hopes of removing the tumor from her spine and soon after lost her ability to walk and move both arms. 

 

Yolanda was a loving daughter, sister, friend, and mother. At only 40 years old, she survived at the side of her three children, Nylah, Ynaya, and Edward, her mother Graciela, her stepfather Rod, her husband Edward, her sister Brigette, her brother Sergio, her nieces and nephews, and her many supportive family and friends.

 

The family is arranging funeral and memorial costs but are asking for assistance.
