Vince and service dog housing

I am a 45 year old male living in San Francisco i became disabled physically and mentally. I have a five year old service dog named Dottie who saved my life four years ago. She helps me with my ptsd, anti-social disorder, anxiety and depression. I have been battling my whole life except thenptsd from 2006 even though I might have had it since childhood. I also have a bad valve in my heart that effects me quite a bit. Right now they say it's a medium leak and won't operate till the leak gets bigger. Don't ask me why? I think the sooner the better. I also have emphysema and hep c. My dog and I were homeless for around three years waiting for my disability to come through which I have had for fifteen months now. I ended up getting housed through this corporation Conrad house. If I knew what I no now I would have never been housed through this corporation. They house the mentally ill, but they weren't honest when I signed the lease , and won't they told me when they showed me this residence. They charge sixty percent of my disability which comes to $514.00 a month plus deposit which is another $25.00 dollars a month which leaves me with around 380.00 a month.they tell you they will help you with housing which they have did very little. Most places I have applied for take 30% of your money, but the wait is around two years once you get on a waiting list. Since I have moved in everyday have to deal with an un clean place, drugs and bedbugs have been in many rooms. I have been threatened and called the cops for noise complaints and threats. Management does nothing to improve our lives and I see people getting worse where the paramedics come quite a bit and take people to the hospital. I have had a broken window for two months with a huge crack caused by the maitinence man drilling to close to the glass which caused a crack to spread across the whole window and crack. He has put tape on it and two months later it is still the same. I have written over thirty complaints but management does nothing.I also was forced to call the health inspector three times because of the odor in the hallway and it was creeping under my door. I keep my room very clean for me and my service dog Dottie. I spend more money on her then myself. I am going to be forced to become homeless again because I can't take it here anymore. It's so bad I have to walk to pier one everyday and feed my dog because she won't eat in this place, because she is sensitive to the energy of this place. Which is located off mission. It's called Washburn street very close to ninety and crackheads and other addicts use drugs on this street, but the police do nothing. It can get scary walking her at night.right now I need help so I can get in to stable housings for Dottie and I an work om my disabilities, because I am only getting worse in this environment and i send five and six hours away from here everyday and try to stay positive and focus on my dog.any help would be appreciated and I can verify everything.
