My sister and her boyfriend, Heather Hammer and Frank Beltran lost their sweet baby Dallas today in an unexpected and very tragic accident. Whiddon-Shiver has graciously offered the service and casket at no cost. But there are still other unforeseen costs they are encountering such as a plot and headstone.
