My dear friend, Andrea Cherry, has been diagnosed with a type of cancer, adenocarcinoma. We met as 911 operators after she had been working as a police officer for 10 years. Andrea has not been able to work since April, whereas before the onset of her illness, she often worked 2-3 jobs concurrently. As a result of of her inability to work, she has lost her healthcare. Andrea just started chemotherapy treatments and needs help to meet her most basic needs such as food, gas and rent as she starts her treatment plan. Any donation amount would be greatly appreciated.
