Dan went to the ER on July 26th with shortness of breath. His tests showed a dissecting aortic arch aneurysm. He was emergently airlifted to Tampa General Hospital where surgery was performed that night to replace his aortic valve and repair the dissected area. He has been in Critical condition, since the surgery was completed. Dan's wife Brenda and their 12 year old daughter Bailey have been by his side continually since surgery. Due to the extremely criticial nature of his condition, Dan will not be able to work for months, as his body will have an extensive recovery period. While Dan is still in CICU, Brenda is also out of work to be with Dan. Brenda has exhausted all of her vacation time through her employer. So as of right now, they have no income coming in. Friends and family are asking what they can do to help out. As we all know Dan is a wonderful, loving, caring, and dedicated husband, and father. We are creating this GoFundMe account to help Dan & Brenda with expenses so that financial worries will take a back seat to Dan's healing process. Any amount is appreciated.
