Bandit Needs Surgery

Almost 13 years ago, my grandma overheard several kids harassing a kitten. The kids found it and wanted to do some horrible things to it. My grandma yelled at them and called my dad over. My dad took the kitten away from the kids, handed it to my grandma, who then handed it to me.

That kitten is now my best friend of 12 years, Bandit. We’ve been through a lot over the years, and I’m happy to have him by my side for support. We love chilling together. He was quite a little demon spawn growing up—getting into so much trouble wanting to play—but now he’s such a cuddle kitty! He loves to lay on my mother’s lap. We both chill in my room and watch TV together. He’s the one I tell everything to. I want him to continue having a peaceful life and being my best friend.

Bandit needs dental surgery because of three abscessed teeth. He is in a lot of pain. I’m trying to get the surgery done as quickly as possible so he can feel better. I am afraid because it’s hard for him to eat and drink. He’s got some pain medicine from the vet to help in the meantime, but I don’t know how long he can last going through this.
