Hi, my name is Theresa. I am the daughter of Cindy Brooks. She passed on 3/18. Although her loss is a tragedy, her life deserves to be cherished. This woman was born to be a mother. The love and care she had was like no other. Not only did she mother her own children, but was a mother figure to many others. She was witty, funny, generous, loving, charismatic, honest, and everything more. Her whole life she was a fighter and hard worker. Loss and grief is something I am very familiar with, as I have lost my father and sister in the past. Booking a funeral after such an immense loss is so surreal, and the expenses are not something I want myself or anyone else to feel like are a burden; I want grief to be the focus.
