Dear friends and family,  On Friday September 4 our dearest 7 year old Kelsey Amberlee Waskahat was diagnosed with DIPG Brain cancer. This is a rare brain tumor that has only affected 3 children in total, with Kelsey unfortunately being one of them. It is with great sadness that her family was told her tumor is not treatable and that their time with her is limited. With broken hearts the family has decided to bring her home to make her comfortable and will be providing her with 24/7 care until her passing.  Initially Kelsey's parents, Jarrett and Amber, were told that they had more time with her and had planned to celebrate a big Christmas. Now it may be a matter of weeks. With this in mind her family has planned to host a large celebration for her this weekend to give her the early Christmas she deserves. We are asking for financial help to make this celebration a reality despite the short time frame.
