Hi, my name is Fred Roybal. My moms side of the family including her just lost their homes to the paradise California fire yesterday morning. They have nothing left!!! My grandmother Diane was rushed out by neighbors as the fire was engulfing their homes with no time to get her 2 cats (RIP) or any of her belongings or purse/medications. I'm very happy that the neighbors showed courage during this difficult time and helped my grandmother stay alive. My mother Karen lost her car and home as well. She had only enough time to get a few quick items, her cat, and a few clothes and computer and a photo book of all our memories intact before the fire took over her home. My sister Jennifer is still currently not accounted for and her home was engulfed in flames. We have yet to hear from her or my 13yr old niece Kira. All my aunts/uncles homes were burned down and my parents home. I know it is a lot to ask for help in this day and age, but I am asking with all of my heart and hopes. The money raised will be used to purchase clothes, a very small trailer for them each to live in on their burned property until they can figure something out. I am asking for possibly $25,000 for my mom, and $25,000 for my grandmother. Each will receive a small trailer to be set there on their property. After that, clothes, food, and basic essentials will be needed. Anything extra will be contributed to giving my mom a basic car to be able to get around if the amount is reached. Anything in excess of these will be donated to others in need who have been effected by this tragedy. I sincerely appreciate any help you can give.
