Noel is the field operations manager for Ironwood Connection in Austin.  On Friday when Austin received 18" of rain in a few hours, it caused massive flash flooding in much of South Austin.  Noel's house was one of the homes that was affected by the floods.  At one point there was 18" of water inside of his home, so you can imagine the damage it caused.  Not only that, he has 2 vehicles that were flooded as well.  Only 2 of them was able to be salvaged, but it has water damage inside.  Unfortunately flood insurance was not included in his policy.  So, he is having to remove and replace all damaged items and materials in the house, as well as pay for it all too.  He has not requested any financial help from anyone and is not aware of this page.  Any help that we as a team can provide will do so much for him financially and emotionally.
