Focus. Commitment. Hard Work. Those are the three things we stress to our ADFC Off-Season Program athletes week in and week out. Whether a guy is focusing on raising his algebra grade or becoming a better pass rusher, we teach that good things will happen if he is 100% focused on the task at hand; committed to doing whatever it takes to reach his goal; and willing to work harder than his competition.Last winter, we issued a challenge to our athletes. We promised them that if they collectively stayed out of trouble, gave us everything they had during workouts and earned a program wide 2.8 GPA, we would travel to the IMG Northeast Regional Tournament in Pennsylvania. I am ECSTATIC to report that we were able to accomplish each one of those goals! Now comes our final challenge: raising the money to make this trip a reality.
