Hey my name is Amber and this sweet girl is Lily! She is a year and half old golden retriever and she is my whole entire world! Today I was told that she had a diaphragmatic hernia that she was most likely born with but has now pushed all her intestines into her chest, compressing her lungs making it difficult for her to breathe! She is in need of surgery to repair this if not I could lose my sweet girl. I will do everything I can so she gets her surgery, anything helps me help my girl ❤️ thank you!
