Russell Dillon is organizing this fundraiser.
The funds will be used to pay for Mark's service dog.  Mark has already paid for the down payment.  The rest will be used to pay for the training and a few items that Mark will need like a specialized phone that will Duke will be trained to dial in emergencies.
