Hailstorms destroy, Cittadella needs help

Hi, my name is Ilaria and I am originally from Cittadella, a little town in north east Italy.

My hometown as well as most of north east Italy has been hit by a terrible sequence of storms, massive hail, strong winds and very heavy rain, something that has never happened before with such intensity.

Many families around my village have their house's roofs destroyed, hail was as big as apples and didn't save anything. Farmers plantations are gone, solar panels are destroyed, cars have major damages, windows of houses are in pieces, roofs need to be repaired before mould starts developing and water leaking inside houses.

Emergency alert is on, my village is declared of being in status of emergency.

Even if owners are covered by insurances, the damages make up of thousands and thousands of euros that many people don't even have in their savings accounts.

To make the situation worse, the weather calls for more hail and more rain in the next coming days.

I live in Australia, am trying to support my family and people in my village as much as I can by creating this fundraiser, hopefully trying to reach as many people as possible to make it happen. Being temporary visa holder doesn't allow me to do what i want at anytime unfortunately.
