In Need Of A New Leg

Hey guys and gals! First and foremost I wanted to take a minute to thank everyone who took the time to reach out to me, to check up on me, send prayers and positive vibes my way. Words cannot describe how thankful i am. For those who don’t know, as of Tuesday October 30, 20I8 I became a below the knee amputee of my right leg. The reason for the amputation was because I was hit on my motorcycle coming home from the gym by woman making an illegal u turn crushing my foot between the bike and her car. I also had 3 broken ribs, a collapsed lung and 38 stitches in my arm. My foot had a total reconstruction done to it, but unfortunately the bones were not healing. After seeing different surgeons, a neurologist as well as a neurosurgeon in a desperate attempt to bring my foot back to life. All procedures failed and ultimately lead to my right leg being amputated. My insurance is covering the expenses to get an everyday leg which I am super blessed to have. As far as a running blade, the insurance company does not cover that. So for me to be able to do the things I love, running, hiking, trail running etc..I’m going to need the running blade. Unfortunately due to the accident I have not been able to work the last 6 months so unfortunately at this time I cannot afford to purchase the blade. That’s why I am asking you fam, anything would help. I’m not exactly sure what the price of the blade is but again, anything would help and be greatly appreciated.
