I am fortunate to be able to work with Amanda Evans, our CDD Office and Events Manager on many projects. She has been a fixture in our CDD office for 6 years now and has always gone above and beyond in helping our community. She has been without an office assistant for several months and therefore has taken on the management of almost all our special events over the holidays, sacrificing her days and weekends off.

You may have noticed she is now walking with the assistance of a cane. She fell a few weeks ago, and thankfully while nothing is broken, she needs an MRI, more doctor’s visits, possibly surgery and time off. Unfortunately, her position here as our Office Manager does not provide benefits, so she has not been able to follow through with these necessary appointments as she tries to save up money.

I am asking on Amanda’s behalf for our great community to step in and help in whatever way you can. Our goal is 5,000.00 to help offset any future medical treatments and possible time off she would need to have.

Amanda has given so much of herself to Cory Lake Isles. Please give back, however much you possibly can.
