Move in costs

All renters are being more cautious with their investments and the trend I'm seeing is First months rent, Last months rent, a security deposit background check & admin fees.  So now, I need help. Me and my little ones need help with move in costs. I just started a really good job with amazing benefits working from home. Not having internet and a home for my job and for my kids isnt an option. I really want to stay out of this hole I have been in. We need a break to avoid the breakdown. I am due out of my rental by the 1st of February and the cost for move in is devastating with the cost of daycare and utilities. I know I am about to be self sufficient soon, but I need to..I must bridge this gap somehow. Also, if you are in Lee county and have a rental please message me.
