Hey, I need help with medical bills and to get a new car. I passed out due to medication called Risperidone messing with my heart rate, and now my car is totaled. I had just got it out of the shop from previous damages and had to pay an extra $400 to get it out of the tow. Then I had to finish paying my last $1,000 and got the title, and it was gone the same night. Now I have to start over from scratch with nothing. I can't get to point A & B, and I'm the sole provider for my 3 kids.

Can't even believe I'm asking for help.
