Skipper's Femoral Head and Neck Ostectomy Fund

Hi, my name is Connor Chen and I am a 17-year-old teenage cat owner from Pleasanton, California. With no support from my parents, I am solely working a weekend 9-5 job and fundraising on GoFundMe for my Domestic Shorthair Skipper's Right Femoral Head and Neck Osteotomy. Two days ago, on May 18th, Skipper fell badly off a high ledge from the second floor and fractured his femoral head and neck. Today, I took him to the vet and they reported a cranially displaced fracture of the right femoral neck. After consulting with my local vets at Alisal Pet Clinic, I am looking at around $4,000 - $6,000 for the severity of his fracture simply because I can't currently afford his insurance along with his brother, Kowalski. His situation is most likely to be on the higher end, according to my vet.

Skipper is currently still in pain and exhibiting lameness even though he is on Gabapentin and Onsior painkillers. He constantly yowls in pain when walking on his own and when I have to assist and help him move to where he wants to be. It kills me to see him in so much pain. I really don't want him to be suffering this much pain especially because he is still so young at 9 months old. Every penny will help Skipper and I will be grateful for any words of comfort for him through this difficult time.
