Hi, my name is Ali Younes, and I’m reaching out with a heavy heart to ask for your support during the most difficult time my family has ever faced.

We’ve always prided ourselves on being strong, resilient, and self-reliant. But right now, we’re facing a crisis that we simply can’t navigate alone.

Last year, I lost my job due to a company foreclosure, cutting our household income in half overnight. At the same time, my wife Lisa has been battling serious health issues that have left her unable to work for over two years. The weight of it all—lost income, medical struggles, mounting bills—has brought us to a breaking point.

Despite doing everything we can to stay afloat, we’ve depleted our savings and exhausted all other resources. We’ve turned to family, friends, and assistance programs—but now, we’re out of options. We’re facing foreclosure on our home, and our utilities are being disconnected one by one. The stress has been unbearable, not only for Lisa and me, but also for our children who are deeply affected by this uncertainty.

• Outstanding Property Tax: $3,199.32

• Electricity: $1,819.91 + $320 reconnection fee (currently disconnected)

• Water: $588.68 (4 months in arrears – disconnection scheduled for April)

• Gas: $1,674.25 (disconnection also scheduled for April)
